FAQ

Questions parents actually ask

A real person still answers at hello@fawnling.com, usually within 24 hours. These are the ones we hear most.

How do I get my files?

Your PDF is ready the moment you check out. You will find a download link on the confirmation page and in your email, so you can start right away. Nothing is shipped.

Save the files somewhere you will find them again. You can reprint whenever you need to.

What if the email does not arrive?

Look in your spam or promotions folder first, and check you typed the address you actually read. If it is still missing after a few minutes, email hello@fawnling.com with your order number. A real person will send the files again, usually within 24 hours.

Is this a physical product? Do you ship anything?

No. Every Fawnling kit is a digital download. You print it at home or at a copy shop. There is no parcel, no delivery address, and nothing to wait for in the post.

Can I print at home?

Yes. Every activity is made to print on a home printer with plain paper. You can also take the files to a local print shop if you want thicker paper or a larger size. A regular home printer is enough.

What size is it — A4 or US Letter?

Both. You get a print-ready PDF sized for standard A4 and US Letter. Open the file that matches the paper in your printer. Choose Fit to page or Actual size so nothing gets cropped.

How many times can I print it?

As many times as you like, for your own family. Reprint a favourite page, print a fresh chart when the first one wears out, or keep a spare in a sleeve with a dry-erase marker. The files stay yours.

Can I use this in a classroom or nursery?

Print it as many times as you like for your own family. For a nursery, classroom, childminding setting, or anywhere you would use it with other people’s children, write to hello@fawnling.com and we will sort a classroom licence with you. Please do not share, resell, or forward the files.

What ages are the kits for?

Each kit has an age printed on the product page, from the children it was designed with. Right now that is roughly 3 to 7, depending on the kit — Alphabet, Numbers, Shapes and First Learning are 3 to 5; First Feelings is 3 to 6; Happy Routine, Little Helper, and the free morning chart are 3 to 7. Ages are a guide, not a test. Pick the page that suits today.

Is there an ink-saver version?

Some kits include a lighter print option — LUMO's First Feelings Kit comes in full colour or an ink-saver version. For any kit, you can also print in draft or grayscale from your printer settings if you want to save ink on practice pages. Use best quality for charts you will look at every day.

What is your refund policy?

Digital files cannot be returned, and we do not refund instant downloads. If your email does not arrive, or a file will not open, write to hello@fawnling.com with your order number. A real person will send the files again, usually within 24 hours.

The free morning chart is free, so there is nothing to refund. If those files do not arrive, write to us and we will send them.

Do I need a special printer, laminator, or extra supplies?

No. A printer and paper are enough. A crayon or chunky pencil for writing pages. Scissors for cut-out games, and those are a grown-up job. A sleeve and a dry-erase marker are optional, and they make routine charts last. Card or a laminator is also optional, and lasts longer.

Who is Lumo?

Lumo is our little fawn — the quiet guide on every page. Curious, unhurried, wide awake to small things. A child who freezes when asked about themselves will often talk quite happily about how Lumo feels. That small gap is where the conversation starts.

Still stuck? A real question deserves a real person. Write to hello@fawnling.com and we will sort it out.
