Digital Products — Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly and downloaded right away, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If any of the following happen, please email us at hello@fawnling.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right:
• You're having trouble downloading or opening your files.
• The files are damaged, corrupted, or not as described.
• You accidentally bought the same item twice.

Please note: because every print is produced at home or through a third-party print service, we can't be responsible for the final printed result — colors, paper, and sizing can vary between printers. Our product photos and size guides are there to help you get the best result.
